Ticket Support

  • You should be auto-magically sent a unique access code and email with instructions about how to access V-Com 2020
  • If you’ve got a ticket, but not received the email, please check your promo or spam folders or search for “V-COM 2020”.  This solves most issues. 
  • If you still can’t find it, please fill out the below form, using the same email address for which the ticket was assigned, and wait up to 15 mins.  If we can find your ticket in our system, we’ll re-send it.

If you’ve already done this, and still don’t have a ticket, it may have not reached you – in which case – please fill out the support form below and one of our team will manually look up your order and forward your ticket. 

Registration / Access Tips

  • Please register an account when redeeming your access code.  Even if you already explored during build week, you may need to re-register your account now that the gate has opened.
